Northern Designs is owned and operated by Dennis Jenkins as a sole proprietor serving clients throughout Ontario since 2001. Our services has allowed us to deliver within areas such as the Kawartha Lakes, Haliburton Highlands, Hastings County, Bruce County, Madawaska Valley, South Frontenac, Peterborough County, and surrounding areas.

Dennis is a member of the Association of Architectural Technologist of Ontario and a graduate of Architecture from Loyalist College in Belleville, Ontario in 1998. Entering the architectural field following college, Dennis has design and drafting experience working for well known design firms, as well as gaining the knowledge of building homes from the foundation up with reputable contractors. Acquiring this experience gives him the ability to design and create your dreams with vision.

Northern Designs and Dennis Jenkins are a registered firm and individual with the Ministry of Municipal and Housing (Bill 124) as “building code compliant design professionals”.
